📦 How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

Open your shipping confirmation email or SMS from OLUVIA.
Locate your tracking number.
Click the tracking link provided, or visit your courier partner’s tracking page.
Enter your tracking number to view real-time delivery updates.

⏱️ When Will I Receive Tracking Details?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first.

❓ Didn’t Receive Tracking Information?

If your tracking email or SMS hasn’t arrived, here’s what to do:

📥 Check your spam or junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes land there.
📱 Check the phone number or email you used at checkout.
📧 If you still can’t find it, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll resend your tracking details immediately.
