1. My order is delayed — what should I do?

Delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please email us at OLUVIA.127@gmail.com with your Order ID and we will investigate immediately.

2. Can I change or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified before they have been dispatched. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.

3. I didn’t receive my tracking details.

Please check your spam or junk folder first — tracking emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it, email us with your Order ID and we will resend your tracking information promptly.

4. How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

5. I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder. If there is no confirmation email, it is possible the order did not go through. Contact us with your name and phone number and we will verify your order status.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only before the order has been shipped. Email us immediately with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
